"Very clean and calm place to stay and area is also very accessible to the subway and shopping places which is really nice and excellent places to eat around as well."
"I love staying at The Aoyama Grand. It's been my favorite hotel in Tokyo for the past 5 years. I have visited around six or seven times: a beautiful property, amazing rooms, and an extraordinary location. "
"The apartment style hotel was comfortable for our family of four on vacation. The rooms and property were clean. The location is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and a train station. It is a great jumping off spot to see Tokyo."

Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu
10/10 Excellent
"It was our first trip to Japan, we only had one week. The location was fantastic, adjacent to Shibuya Station as well as the Mark City Limousine Bus drop off/pickup. We could see the Shibuya Scramble from the elevator as well as elevator lobby. Our 24 th floor had an amazing view of the city. Once we were in our hotel it felt so peaceful, yet the excitement of Shibuya was just downstairs. Only slight issue was it was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance, but that was a minor hiccup. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Shibuya!"
"I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained. The location is excellent, just minutes from Shibuya Crossing, and overall the stay was comfortable and convenient."
"I loved the fact that the hotel was near everything, including restaurants, stores and transportation. The view from our window was so pleasant at all times that we never shut the curtains. Great choice. Great staff. "
"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful with everything throughout our stay. We were surprised that water was left for us each day. My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’
The location was also perfect for dining, shopping and transportation. It was easy to get to other areas in Tokyo via subway or taxi. If we ever visit the area again, we will definitely be returning to this hotel. "
