Very strict check in so don't even think of getting in 1 minute before even though the hotel was far from fully occupied. Had to line up and wait 15-20 minutes to check in. Then I discovered I had to do it all by myself just like those self check out supermarkets. Maybe they would like me to make the bed myself too! They have the smallest TV I have ever seen in a room and its placed in an uncomfortable spot. I didn't know they still made TVs that small! Big window was nice and the view good. Could hear the traffic from the road 12 floors up and people in the hallway even if they breathed too heavily! The twin rom is spacious but the sink in the room just feels wrong. The beds are hard. The shower was wonderful but no bathtub and only a curtain so the bathroom floor gets very wet. They have a ledge you can sit on in the window to enjoy the view but its made of wood so don't think you will sit there too long. Its overpriced, overhyped and not worth staying here. Unfortunately I won't be back and I cant recommend it. One star.
