"Generally the room was great, it was cleaned well each day. However, it was a bit run down in that there were scuffs and marks all over the walls which at first glance makes you think the rooms aren't clean. My room was tucked in a corner and I couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms which was amazing. Having the balcony was a nice touch to to get fresh air into the room. The breakfast was great, lots to offer, although sometimes some items were cold which is to expected I guess at a buffet of this kind. Plus to having laundry in the hotel and actually enforcing removing of people's items if they don't come back at their ending time to claim them. Too often people put in laundry and then head off for the day which is terribly annoying. Location was perfect in that it was in a quiet area that was easily accessible to main Subway lines. Didn't have any problem getting anywhere and was thankful to return back to the quiet area the hotel was in at the end of the day. Overall had a nice stay and would recommend it to other people with some caveats. "

"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."

"Excellent location, right next to Family mart and several restaurants. Few minutes walk to station entrance. Staff were polite and helpful, very clean hotel and lots of amenities available. They held my luggage after I used the delivery service and left a message for me to collect at reception. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, morning coffee available downstairs, shower pressure amazing, loved the PJs, efficient laundry machines but make sure you have 100 yen coins for the machine. Staff was outstanding!!!"
