「We had a wonderful stay at Q-Rooms Harajuku! The location truly could not be better; everything was so convenient, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were above and beyond. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need, including shower and bath amenities, a washing machine, detergent, clothes hangers for drying laundry, Japanese snacks and tea, coffee, and bottled water in the refrigerator. The receptionist was not very friendly and did not introduce any of the hotel facilities or information, even though I spoke to him in Japanese. 「Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! 「Extremely disappointing reception service and baffling room arrangement ​I traveled with my family and booked three King Rooms (Non-Smoking) in the Southerntower. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily let down by the front desk staff during check-in.
