"Great location to trains, many food options, & 7-11 connected to the hotel. Staff was great, good size room. Sad the terrace with Godzilla was closed but overall would stay here again."
"Great location (directly adjacent) to the National Stadium and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) of numerous trains for quick and easy access to all of the amazing sights of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 16 day Japan visit (Family of 4). Rooms are small (typical for Major cities) and double pane windows block out all outside noises. Views from all of the rooms are good except those on low floors looking directly at the highway."
"This hotel was just wonderful. I stayed at four other hotels on my trip to Japan. This was the cheapest, the smallest room and most city central. It was also the most kind, had the most amenities, was the most comfortable (true! but I did travel solo, so not that much luggage) and also the most peaceful. I’m so happy this was my first hotel in Japan."
"Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. "
"The location was very nice plus the staff were so kind and helpful. Not to mention the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious! Would definitely stay here again. 👌"
