I have requested an extra duvet before arrival through Expedia, the staff promised that will be no problem, but there’s nothing arranged when I checked in, I went to the lobby and asked the receptionist for an extra duvet, but the guy didn’t understand my request. Also I was asking if there were other type of pillow available, the staff also didn’t understand the request. They got me another bed sheet instead of duvet at the end which I thought it was a waste of time. The staff wasn’t very friendly that was the reason really upset me.
For the room, it was surprisingly old and a bit unclean as we found hair on bed sheets and bed throw, also dirt mark on bed sheet but it was under the pillow so we didn’t bother complaining. The wooden furniture looks quite old too, one of the door of drawers kept unclosed due to no reasons.
The only good thing about this hotel is the size of room, the location was just ok because it takes about 5-10mins to really get to the nearest station from hotel(due to the elevator and bridge connection).
I will never come back to this hotel again.
