Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood near Shinjuku station. Station was just a short walk. Many great restaurants. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was awesome - favorite part was the heated toilet seat. Great service as well. Would definitely stay again

The hotel has a convenient location. The beds are comfortable, and the room has enough space. The view from our room was fun at night, with the light show on the government building. The hotel didn’t offer a free coffee bar/soda you have to pay additional $2,000 yen to access the lounge. That was very disappointing.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great. Unfortunately the room we were assigned especially the bathroom is in much need of an update. The bathroom is completely outdated for this grade of hotel. It lacked ventilation and therefore had mold and a musty smell.

Stayed for 5 days with husband, daughter, and parents. Rooms were clean, wonderful shower pressure, restaurant options were good, observation deck was nice, Disney bus convenient. Only small nit was bed and pillow firmness - after long days of walking I can sleep almost anywhere, however did find their bed and pillows to be firmer than we preferred.
