Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend!

We (family of 5) recently stayed here whilst visiting Shibuya. The pre check-in information was comprehensive and check in was a breeze. The place was clean and spacious esp for Japanese standards. The place was well looked after and close to Shibuya station. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Shibuya.

Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom.

Not sure about this property. It’s in a good area and has space and a comfy couch. Drawbacks are stained carpets, dent in wall, expensive but no cleaning. Very small shower. Renovations occurring outside so the entrance area felt pretty ordinary. For a 5 night stay it should have been cleaned, particularly given the cost and the inability to do it yourself. Shibuya is great.

All of my friends said they would stay here again if they returned to Tokyo. Was the perfect size and location for a girl group. Close to Shibuya station and right next to a 7/11. We felt that the street we were on was pretty quiet, amazingly so, considering how busy the surrounding areas were. The bathroom layout was also perfect since the toilet, sink and shower were all separate from one another, meaning multiple people could get ready at the same time. Check in process was pretty easy and the washer/dryer worked great. Our clothes came out pretty dry. Only item we wished for during our stay was an iron.

Location to train station and nearby dining was fantastic. Vibrant and great vibe. The property didn’t have enough comfortable seating for a family of 4 though. One of the main reasons I booked the property was for the washer/dryer however could not for the life of me work out how to use the dryer even using Google translate to hover over the text, It ran for almost 6 hours and clothes still came out damp. I found the small details annoying, not enough space in the shower room to place dry clothes except the floor, not enough hooks to hang 4 wet towels, no spare rubbish bags to empty the garbage that was smelling awful by day 4 etc. These were minor things that can be easily fixed to make it a 5/5 experience.

The location is great, and the aesthetic are pleasing when entering. They are rated on Expedia as 5 star but it very much isn’t, it’s all self service, our washing machine didn’t work and we had to repair ourselves with instructions via email, request for extra pillows was denied so we had to go out and buy them. The walls are super thin and the street noise at night particularly on the weekend is a huge disturbance for a young family. We also found the beds too hard and woke up very sore every morning. The bathroom is very big for Japan but not well planned the shower is so tiny you can barely turn around and we had to turn the hot water on for a good couple of minutes before using. I think for the price being asked some form of customer service is needed.

Before booking make sure you don’t need to check backs before check in time or after because there is no one at the property. The lockers they recommend are small and not always free. 2nd thing, there are very bright emergency exit lights above the interior doors making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was nicely designed but because of the other 2 factors I would not stay here again.

Highly recommended. This was perfect for my partner and our two teenage girls - everyone had enough space to themselves when needed. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I didn’t see a washer/dryer listed in the features but we had one in our room which was very helpful. The location was great, close to the subway and lots of good little restaurants nearby. The 7-11 downstairs couldn’t be more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!
