「Our room was very clean and comfortable. The instructions to retrieve the key was simple to understand. This hotel was situated in a very nice location as we were able to walk to Shibuya within 15 minutes. Having a 7/11 down the street was very nice. I highly recommend. 」

「We travelled as a family of 4 so their room set up was perfect for us. There was even a little kitchen area. Location of hotel was perfect for us because we had wanted to shop and eat around the Shibuya area anyway. Also lots of yummy looking local restaurants in the streets behind the hotel - worth exploring!」

「it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!」

"I’m excited to be back to Shibuya and stay in the same hotel after 10 years- but I was a little disappointed. The location of it stays perfect, while all the equipment in the house seems old and not well maintained, especially the air conditioning was way too windy and not warm enough, the toilet smells a bit, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard..
The staff and location deserve a 5 stars, and I truly hope a renovation will be done soon so that the hardware could match the software advantage."
