Small but convenient hotel in Shibuya - the best location. Steps from the metro and in the middle of food and shopping options. Hotel itself was quiet but busy, with a coffee shop and restaurant attached. The room is small for North American standards but fine for the night. They were able to keep luggage stored on check in and check out, and everyone was really nice.

Great location, a few minutes away from Shibuya station and shops, but far enough away to be quiet. The room was great; new and clean. Washing machine was modern too (with a PIN code to stop others from moving your clothes). Reception staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Not sure if the self check in helped much because we needed to talk with the staff anyway.

It’s a nice hotel to stay, close to Shibuya Station, and they have a nice bar at 1st floor with so many craft beer to choose.

Location is great for those who want to shop in Shibuya. Be warned that rooms are SMALL and they give you the cheapest amenities possible. They give you single-ply toilet paper (even train stations give you 2-ply), and the worst shampoo and body wash that leaves your hair staticky and your skin dry and itchy. The staff were very helpful and friendly as they helped me send my luggages to the next hotel.
