「I love a boutique motel. This one was perfect. The location was central to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. There was plenty to do nearby. Lots of choices for food. There was also the option to eat in. The kitchen has all you need to cook for your family. The space was enough for the family and pets. We used the fire pit that was part of the charm. Would highly recommend and we will return. 」

「On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay.」

「Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. 」

「The cabin is roomie and perfect for family time. The area is quiet and clean. The issues we had were with the amenities in the cabin. The dryer door didn’t close all the way so our clothes and towels stayed wet. Tried to hang outside to dry but the weather didn’t allow. The fireplace smoked is out of the house so we couldn’t use it on the cold night. The jacuzzi bathtub sprayed water EVERYWHERE. Hot tub outside was nice, pool table was a GREAT asset.
