「Great hotel for families. Staff were fantastic. The hotel is a little bit dated, but it was not a major problem for us.」

「Good all round」

「Overall good.」

「The room towels maybe need to change new one , and the lift convulsion need more .Except this all the hotel staff is very nice and professional. Every time I go to Bangkok ,Silom centre point plus is my first choice .」

Hotel in general was okay, room appeared to be quite aged here and there. Toilet was blocked once, I called front desk and they were able to resolve it in a timely manner, and they called back afterwards to ensure it was resolved. The washing basin was a bit blocked too, water drained away very slowly. Breakfast at FLOW...
