"Overall, it was an amazing experience. Great value for the price. The view from my room on the 25th floor was spectacular The facility was very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely go back again. The pararamic view from the rooftop lounge on the 32nd floor was spectacular. The location was excellent away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, and this was my first extended, stay in Bangkok."

"As background, this was a one night transfer stay to be closer to the airport so I did not take full advantage of the property. The pics and descriptions of the hotel don't do it justice! The hotel is massive and beautiful. The price paid would have easily been triple in the US for a comparable property and room category. I ordered room service for dinner. I was a little disappointed that it took awhile for the call to be answered and then be told they would call me back to take the order as I was hungry. Once the food arrived, all disappointment disappeared. Presentation, quality, and portion were all beyond satisfying. The views of Bangkok from the towers are breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again when in Bangkok."
