Very attentive staff. Great quality of room. However, the penthouse is advertised as a sunset room. It is NOT. While it may be facing the right direction, the height of the trees prevent any possibility whatsoever of seeing a sunset. Very disappointing

The staff are all really good . This place would be no good if you have bad knees or hips as its up a big hill
