The staff were very attentive & courteous. Our hotel room is very nice. Had the chance to workout in the gym & it had all the equipment you need to workout. The food in the restaurant was awesome!! A lot of selection of food. It’s great that’s it’s next to Terminal 21 & BTS. It was a perfect location for us while we were in Thailand for 10 days.

ほぼ初めての海外旅行で友人と利用しました。チェックイン時に丁度、日本語が話せるスタッフさんが他の方の対応をしていたため全く英語が出来ない私が英語でチェックインをすることに…。 不安でしたが分からない所は紙で書いて説明していただき、とても丁寧な接客で安心してチェックインできました。 また、空港からホテルまで荷物を送るサービスを利用したことを伝えたところ、荷物が届き次第、部屋まで持っていただきました。（帰国後に気がついたのですが、チップ文化についてあまり理解しておらず、渡しそびれたのが大後悔です💧‬） 掃除も丁寧でアメニティが全て補充されている日と1部だけ補充されている日がありましたが、歯ブラシなど別に毎日変える必要も無かったので全く気になりませんでした。 とても綺麗で丁寧な接客でまた泊まりたいです。

基本問題なく、快適でした。 ウォシュレットもあるし、朝食事も美味しいし種類も豊富。スタッフは愛想いい。 アクセスは抜群。 唯一、問題やったのはウォシュレットのストップボタンが壊れていて水が止まらなかった 他のボタンでなんとか止まったがちょっと焦った。
