Probably the best 5 star resort in Pattaya. The place has the best rooms with full luxury and opulence. The grounds are well maintained, there are 3 pools and 3 restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is very quite so all yours. Gym facilities, sauna/steam and laundry service also great. I've given 4 stars and (not 5) as I feel the food can be better. The seafood was chewy, I ordered Gnochi but got a dish that had none and just the sauce bits. The pizza I feel can be improved. The veg options can also be improved e.g. the pizza to have peppers, tomatoes, garlic, prawns and rid the aubergine. The breakfast cakes need re-doing. Overall I had a blast staying at this resort and I highly rate the staff who are super friendly to all the guests and very helpful.

Andaz hotel stay was beyond expectation. The food was amazing and the service was great! Everything was perfect except the walking road was full of barriers for the stroller but all the employees were keep helping us for visiting places by lifting up the stroller which i am super thankful.

Sehr schön aber bedingt Barrierefrei

Ich fange mit dem negativen an. Wir hatten ein Zimmer bei Gebäude 5. Auf dem Weg dorthin mit dem Rollstuhl musste man mehrere Stufen überwinden. Generell ist die Anlage nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Ich musste hauptsächlich den Weg nehmen wo die Buggys fuhren. Für so ein teures Luxus Hotel schwer verständlich. Es hätte genügend Platz für Rampen gehabt. Das fand ich wirklich ärgerlich. Nun zum positiven. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal richtig professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen hatte eine gute Qualität war aber etwas teuer. Der Sauna war Rollstuhlgängig.

호텔 전 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭했고 위치가 조금 아쉬웠으나 호텔 내부에서 대부분의 시간을 보낼 예정이라면 괜찮습니다. 음식, 수영장 컨디션도 좋았습니다.

좋음

리조트같이 엄청 크고 객실이며 시설이며 전용해변에 서비스 청결까지 모든 것이 완벽함. 단점이라곤 파타야에서 제일 비싸다는 것과 호텔 밖엔 아무것도 없다는 거. 하지만 호텔에서만 놀고 먹고 하기엔 정말 최고임. 연인 가족이라면 추천. 또 가고 싶음.

Wenn man einen Erholungsurlaub sucht, ist das hier möglich. Familien freundlich. Super Personal. Wenn man mal ein Problem hat wird einem suoer schnell geholfen (egal bei was). Super Frühstück, einfach klasse.
