This is a new hotel which was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Around the property, there is a nice cafe for brunch, a 7-11 not too far off and some local eateries. The location was walkable to the BTS station and very convenient. Highly recommend.

Awesome quiet close to subway

This is my second time staying in the best Western hotel outside of America. Like others have pointed out this is in a nice area. That’s close to the subway and many places are walking distance from here. It’s a nice quiet area and awesome part is you can get a 1 hour deep tissue massage for $13. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome. It was small, but all the items were quality and every day many items had changed. I love the fresh ripe fruit, the yogurt, a couple stirfry and the way they make their scrambled eggs to order. The bed is comfortable. The AC worked amazingly well. The shower had great water pressure. When I come to Bangkok again, I will for sure stay here.

Fairly satisfactory

Highest score goes to location. Close to BTS St. Louis about 5 min walk, BTS footbridge connected to AIA Tower which solved the elevator problem to ground level. Room size moderate clean and tidy. Breakfast was so so but visit in Xmas, on 25th good food choices were provided. Next room noise easy heard including hiccup surprised me. Not easy to cross the road in front of hotel due to much traffic. Further down the road from BTS could find more small restaurants but quite early closing time may be for office staff mainly. Hotel looked like a boutique one, but housed quite a no. Of guests. One major thing i didnt like was totally no street view from hotel room.

Veldig hyggelig betjening på hele hotellet. Fikk et rom som var meget stille, ingen støy over hode. Veldig god seng. Bra mat. Hit kommer jeg veldig gjerne igjen. Tryggt, rent och tyst hotell

Ett nytt, rent och fräscht hotell. Sköna sängar, god frukost. Ligger i ett lugnt område så det var tyst på natten vilket var skönt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Incheckningen var sådär, de sa att vi skulle bo en natt fast vi hade betalat för 2. Att vi kunde köpa till frukost fast vi hade betalat för det. Det kändes som att de inte hade koll på att vi skulle komma trots att vi bokat i god tid och till och med skrivit med dem. Men vistelsen blev jättebra så vi kommer garanterat att bo där igen. Hotellet kändes tryggt med barn.

베스트웨스턴 나름 유명한 체인인데 가격이 싸고 위치(사톤)가 좋아서 선택했습니다. 결론만 말하면, 다시 갈 의향은 없습니다. 1. 객실 청소 상태 너무 안좋음. 체크인하고 입실한 첫날부터 바닥이 한둘씩 떨어져있는 견과류 껍질이 있었고, 4박 이용 내내 데일리 청소를 한 70프로만 해놓습니다. 샤워 후 욕실한쪽에 모아놓은 머리카락을 버리지 않았고, 세면대 옆에 뜯어놨던 샤워캡 껍데기도 그냥 있었습니다. 2. 샤워실 물빠짐 엉망입니다. 물이 안빠져서 샤워하는 내내 찰방찰방 하고, 샤워가 끝난후에 서서히 빠집니다. 3. 객실 내 샤워가운 없습니다. 4. 이전에 투숙했던 반얀트리나 아바니 호텔은 객실 내 냉장고 뿐만 아니라 세면대, 침대 옆 협탁 곳곳에 물이 비치되어 있었는데 여긴 하루에 2병이 끝입니다. 5. 조식 맛대가리 없습니다. 6. 제가 묵었던 708호는 문이 제대로 잠기지 않았습니다. 문 밖으로 나온 후 문이 제대로 잠겼는 지 확인 차 다시 열어보는데, 매번 그냥 다시 열려서 진짜 황당했습니다. 온몸에 힘을 실어서 문을 힘껏 당겨야 잠겼습니다..
