This hotel was amazing !!! There is nothing to complain about and everything from the service to the facilities was exactly what I needed. The location of the hotel was central and perfect with a supermarket, food market, metro and restaurant s nearby. The staff were friendly and always helpful!!!!! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are clean and big. The staffs are so nice and helpful specially Fluke! This are the kind of hotels you’d like to go home after a long day outside. Their location is very convenient too. I would recommend and will stay here again if I’d ever go to Bangkok.

Fantastic Hotel

Stayed here for the first time, I usually stay around Soi 11. I'll definitely stay here again, actually booked in again for later this month so that says it all. Hotel is close to the BTR so easy to get around Bangkok. A one bedroomd place is the way to go

Staff here is excellent and helpful. They are friendly and nice. I failed to connect the Wi-fi due to some operational problem of my smartphone. They asked me to come to front desk and promptly resolve the problem. Much appreciated of their high standard and professional service. The cleaners are nice. They cleaned up and packed the room very well. Overall, I have a wonderful experience here and will absolutely have the same accommodation next time been to Bangkok. I strongly recommend Cross Vibe Sukhumvit Hotel, On Nut, Bangkok.

Very nice hotel

Very good hotel in Onnut, bangkok. Breakfast is nice and rooms are very comfortable ( they give us a room with a strong smell from the painting or the floor and then woth change after requesting that). I am happy with the hotel and we will come here again if we can.

The staff especially Noon, Fikly, John, Bow, Fluke and PP were very polite and professional. Bedroom was always kept cleaned. Swimming areas and gym were tidy and safe to use. There were different breadfast options which included continental breakfast. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with a full body massage on the eve of my last night at the hotel.
