"The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a decline for cleanliness and maintenance. They charged a $12 parking fee which they have not done on previous visits. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever experienced. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were two bottles of water on the desk with $3 price tags on them. I requested synthetic pillows and cover (my husband is allergic to down) and was told it would be changed and when it wasn't, I went down to the desk to ask again. At that point, staff appeared who changed it instantly. I have stayed several times at this hotel and have never had a negative experience. There is a Starbucks in the building, but it was closed at 3:00 pm and the desk didn't know what their hours were."

"Room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came daily for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was adequate they served the standard fare, scrambled eggs. sausage, pancakes. Bread options were just that...bread. No fresh fruit. But overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The room was not clean there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom used soap bar in the shower, I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper no one would answer the phone to help at the desk. The breakfast was very minimal waffles cereal oat meal and toast ran out of milk. Coffee was horrible. Very cheap. "
