The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and just good people. It is clean, quiet and safe. We have developed friendships with many orher tennants. A great place to stay when you are going through what life has dealt you. Thank God for the place and the people!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. TV service was good. Price was great. What I didn't like was that there was a smell in the air conditioning system. Some kind of industrial smell, not good. If it wasn't for this, I would stay there again.

Needed a simple place for a short family trip to the KC area. This was perfect. Inexpensive but clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a pool or free breakfast this not for you, but there is a full fridge microwave and cooktop. I would stay here again.

The young lady at the front desk was super patient and very kind and polite. I didn’t get her name but she made check in part outstanding when we and another young lady were having issues with a third party booking service. She went above and beyond!
