"Airport shuttle was a bit of a joke. It only runs every hour and fills ups. My flight also came in late so it was after shuttle hours anyway. Staff wasn't the friendliest on the phone when I called to ask them about the shuttle hours. It was fine for the price and honestly what I expected."

"It offered free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but it took a really long time to come and even when they came, it was full. After waiting for around an hour, we just paid and took a taxi instead. After arriving at the hotel, they had 2 people at the counter and there was a really long line up just to check in. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes. The breakfast was good, quite a bit of food offered."

"When I arrived I felt like this was not what I signed up for. I attempted to schedule the remainder of our stay at two other hotels prior to our arrival once my daughter pointed it that she saw it was a two star rating. I worked it out and spent 4 hour on the phone with Expedia because the hotel and Expedia couldn’t communicate and pillow through with what either told me they would do, again prior to the arrival. The valet guy was awesome with a great personality. The gyms tiny the closest beach is about 25 minutes in the traffic and the closest beach is dirty and everyone is standing around getting high. Very unclean and not family oriented. Dania beach is a little farther but a lot cleaner and definitely safer and family oriented."

"I had informed the property through Expedia that I would be doing a late check-in. However, still my booking was cancelled and no refund was provided. Hotel is blaming Expedia and Expedia is blaming hotel, but my money is gone."

"Very good place to stay that is close to both the airport and cruise port. Staff is friendly, but a bit confused at times as they would contradict us in their conveying information on services."

"Look it's no frills and checkin was a little rough but it was very clean and the restaurant/bar was very accommodating and the free shuttle to the cruise port was great. Well worth the money "

"The corner room is beautiful! It has two sides of the room have windows. You can see allot of the city at night. The only problem is the street noise even on the higher floor is very noisy when there is yahoos who race or gun their engine through the night. "
