「Staff was very friendly (especially Vesna). They not only helped us with the hotel services, but also guided us about local siteseeing, dinning, and shopping places. We were able to drop our bags early in the day and go out for lunch and completed checkin thereafter. Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well maintained. It did become a little busy during breakfast and we had to wait to get a table but I think the rush was due to the peak holiday season (Christmas week)....

「I had a great stay here! I was able to check in early and my room was ready right away, which was a huge plus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The property is very clean and in a perfect location—within easy walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
