「Walking into our room and there were crates of beers all over the room, old coffee cups, rubbish bags on the floor. Music blaring from the room next to it. Couldn't get hold of anyone to begin with even though its meant to be 24/7, eventually moved room and that was just as bad, floor doesn't look like its ever been cleaned, hair and pubic hair all over the bed, again so noisy, can hear everything from above and joining room. Basically in the middle of know where, closest tube is 45 minute...

「Clean tidy and friendly 」

「The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage.」

「Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful 」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」
