"I'll start by saying thank you to the staff . They were all accomodating, amazing, great customer service . The room was impeccable. 2 things that I would like to highlight. The main entrance to check in was little tricky to find and the breakfast that my husband had found a hair inside the crepe and the choice of meat in the classic breakfast was missing so we wait a little while for that. But the manager was kind enough to do some service recovery and we opt not to have another set of...

"The main hotel looked very nice. We stayed on the beach side (300 building) and it was so outdated and completely different from the site pictures. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, floors look like they’ve had the same flat carpet for a solid 30 years, and bathroom was tiny and suspect. Will not return to the property. But the front desk girl was very nice and helpful. "

"Property was not anything fancy but for the price very adequate for what we needed. We came down for a wedding from North Jersey and the proximity to where the wedding was in Avon was perfect for a quick uber ride without adding too much to the cost of the wedding as it was so price was very good.. "
