「Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!」

「It has the basics, but it needs to be cleaned better, the towels in the bathroom smell really bad. Everything else is ok.」

「There’s not a lot of great motels/hotels in Seaside. I was looking for a good place for my parents after reading some reviews on the Sea palace I booked it for them. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and Ac was great for 100 degree days. And the location is great and within walking distance to boardwalk and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place.」

「One block from board walk and beach. Staff was very friendly. Room was your standard 2 bedroom room. Had a bathroom, small fridge and microwave. Everything was clean when we arrived.」

「The staff was awesome! This was last minute booking due to a horrible motel experience minutes prior. We were so lucky to get this spot.it was perfect for us as we a Jersey shore fans and not only were we right on the boardwalk we were next door to the shore house!!!!! The outlets were not the best they wouldn’t hold our chargers or anything. The beds were a little old and wonky however over all it was great!!!」

「Lady in the front office is not welcoming. The front staff argued for 30 minutes before checking me in. Internet didn’t work. No cable. Rainy days or times you’re in the room just isn’t worth being there.」

「Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

「The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.」

「The staff was not helpful when a drunk woman was screaming for hours and banging on hallway walls. Sink faucet broken, toilet seat falling off. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Do not stay there, if at all possible」
