Enjoyed our stay there, had a great pool, and literally right by the boardwalk just a couple steps away for our room. Convenient and quite with a helpful staff. Will stay there again.

I stay here every time I go to seaside heights and it never disappoints. Staff are great, pool is great. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it reminds me of being a child and always has a good vibe. And it’s literally right next to the boardwalk

The hotel itself wasn't bad. Nice area, super close close to the beach, within walking distance to shops. The room was a lil dirty, hairs on the sheets under covers/pillows, the floor wasn't swept. But we were only there to sleep n shower. The pool was also nice, pretty decent size and lots of lounging chairs. Super easy check in and out 👍

The staff was very friendly. The room itself was alright but the bathroom was gross. It smelled of pee and the shower was filthy. I don’t think they ever change the shower curtain.

I was a bit hesitant to book a stay after reading reviews. During check in an entire stay front desk staff were kind and easy to communicate with. The front desk secretary Shirley made sure my family and I were treated very well for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I felt very comfortable and rooms were clean which was made out to be as if the place was not a good place to stay. You are able to relax and walk in and out your room and areas feeling safe! The pool area was very clean and you are also able to cook on the grill if available. I will now be feeling comfortable enough to book my next stay!

Loved the pool! The parking was tight but close enough that you do not need to take your car out… staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms need updates but very spacious… I will be back to stay again

Listen, this isn’t a nice place to stay BUT it’s a Seaside budget motel and it was acceptable. Very uncomfortable king size bed as there was no give to it. Just very flat. The worst feature was the shower as it didn’t feel “clean”. Pool was nice though. All in all you get what you pay for and if needed I’d stay here again. Just would keep my expectations very very low

The staff is amazing! They filled my cooler with ice, offered to help bring up our things and help load car on departure as well as ask everyday if we needed room cleaning. I didn’t personally use the pool, but everyone seemed to really enjoy.

This was a great find. The staff was very friendly we come down every summer and this year had trouble with out normal go to and we could not be happier. The room was spacious clean and was enough room for my family

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the **staff was kind and helpful**, which made our stay more pleasant. The **location was fantastic**—close to the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of many attractions. However, the hotel itself was in **major need of updates and repairs**. Many things were broken, from small fixtures to larger maintenance issues, making it clear that a handyman (or a full renovation) is desperately needed. The accommodations felt like the **bare minimum**, with worn-out furniture and outdated amenities. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in a great location and don’t mind rough-around-the-edges lodging, this could work. But if you expect comfort and upkeep, you may want to look elsewhere. **Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Major Improvements**

Property needs a major refresh. It is shabby and in major need of new paint, drapes, bedding, bathroom overhaul and a deep clean. On the plus side the staff was very nice as was the pool. Free parking is a bonus.

The rooms were very outdated. Very dirty. Run down. Really needs to be condemned and rebuilt. There were police officers onsite all night outside by the office. I guess they have a reputation of needing authorities there at all times. Very sketchy. The pool was large and very nice. The pool and the location was the only thing we liked.

Ok but nothing fantastic

Room was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Could really use some updates and work. Tub was peeling. Bed was hard as a rock. They had security patrolling the parking lots telling people where to park because there lot is so small and tight spaces. They had more than one parking lot and the ones not being controlled by security people were double parking and taking two spaces. Elevator had a sign saying service hours 9am to 9pm so we were not sure if it would be working or not when we got back to the hotel after 9. Luckily they were still going when we got back. Rooms were non smoking but outside and walkways smelled like an ash tray. Pool was nice. Hotel was ok for one night which is all we stayed but probably would not return again. Hotel was ok but definitely looks/feels cheap. Check out is at 10:00 and they definitely want your vehicle out of there by then. We like the close proximity to the boardwalk. We went to get coffee before we left and made sure it was ok to leave our car there and first question we got was how long it it gonna be there. They approved for long enough to get coffee.

We are here with family every year . Short walk to the amusement park and attractions at the board walk . Very large swimming pool , very great staff and service ! They are always making sure that their guests are satisfiedx2 thank you & see you guys next year

Room was clean for the most part the staff was do friendly and there to make my stay comfortable pool was very clean only thing I would want they didn’t have was the tv channels we could only watch 3 channels but overall it was a good stay and reasonable price I will definitely stay there again
