Love the fact that there are accommodations available for both kids and adults at the resort. Parking available on site and the staff were pleasant. However, I did have my Stanley cup stolen but staff did try to assist me in finding my mug. - Nope I never found my Stanley 😞. Had a great time overall and many things to do off the resort as well.

For a first time visitor, it wasn't too bad. The resort was clean, spacious with lots to do, and staff was friendly. However, there is no food service late at night, which was slightly disappointing after coming back from a concert, and not knowing where else to go in the area. The price wasn't terrible for a 1 night stay that we booked through Expedia, but there was no mention of an additional $150 holding fee to be paid at the front lobby. We only knew of the $39.94 mandatory fee. Other than that, most likely to revisit again when we decide to have a longer stay.

Wasn't explained that we needed a credit card for the hold deposit. Had to get off the check in line and go deposit money on the card. I didnt get a hold of the gentlemans name but he was rude about it. When we checked into he second time the young man was really nice. Spa was incredible. Our phone for the room wasnt hooked up. The only thing I didn't like bc of my allergies was the fact that smoking was aloud in the gambling parts. All the drinks were great food was fantastic. Chwf ramsey steakhouse will be a repeat!!!

The casino was full of young children. They have a big swimming pool. It felt more like The Great Wolf Lodge than a casino. Kids crying in the restaurants. Just didn’t feel like an adult atmosphere. We went back to our non smoking room and it reeked or weed. The staff was wonderful and moved us to a much better smelling room. Staff was great but the atmosphere for adults not so good.

Self parking garage was kind of a hike, and the parking garage elevators were filthy. Inside the casino and hotel was clean and well maintained, ice cold a/c in our rooms, great water pressure in shower. Gordon Ramsay steakhouse was top notch.

The pool was beautiful but there were hardly any seats. There were some reserved for high rollers but very few for normal paying guests. You could rent a round sofa type thing that held maybe three people for about $100/day. I understand that it’s a club at night and that’s where they make the big bucks. But $100 to sit on a couch for a few hours in a hotel where you’re already paying for your room plus daily parking is just greedy. I don’t need my linens changed daily but we didn’t even see a housekeeping cart for three days. Maybe I’m expecting too much but I was disappointed. I will say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Apart from some of the people that check you in that didnt seem to like their job much, everything else was great! The other staff we dealt with were all pleasant and helpful, our room was beautiful and clean, and the amenities were fantastic!
