We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice and clean when we arrived, and it provided a comfortable space to relax. Although the hotel seemed to be short-staffed and our room was not serviced during our stay, the staff we encountered were helpful and the accommodations themselves were enjoyable. We would consider staying again and hope housekeeping service is fully available next time.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfy bed. It was my first time there and I got stuck in a very long line for check-in (4pm). Would recommend getting there closer to 5 if you can.

The door handle was broken in the room and the bartenders were kind of rude. The bellhop also insisted that we give him money which was weird. Waitstaff at the restaurant and check in were very nice.

OMG!!! The best ever!!! The first night we got there our room wasn’t clean and we were let in. BUT as soon as I went back to customer service at the front desk, they upgraded us to a BETTER room in a new part of the resort and the room was Amazing!!! We were put in the Waterview side on the 18th floor! The room was so modern and clean!! The bed was comfy and the view was great!!! At the front desk, there was an agent named Neba she was so nice, I wanted to take her home with me!!

The staff was super friendly. The room overall looked cleaned but they did not clean the bathroom very well. There was trash underneath the trashcan and dried up contacts. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work and turned on in the middle of night. Kids were running down the hallways screaming at midnight and when I called the front desk no one answered.

This is a beautiful hotel, however we did not get the waterfront room we reserved and paid for. The biggest let down was the staff. All of the staff in the nice restaurants were amazing! The rest of the staff couldn’t be bothered with our needs. We met a housekeeper in the hallway and asked for our room to be cleaned and were told “we’re only cleaning checkouts today”. I’ve never heard of such a thing. So I said, “well, we’re out of facial tissue. Can we get a box?” She says “I don’t have any with me”. Not, let me call down and have some sent up or let me go get some for you. Just nope. The people in the pool area where also not very accommodating at all!
