I had a wonderful stay at Harrah’s Hotel! Everything was great from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay!
Everything I expected it to be. Was an amazing adventure. So much to do and the staff was amazing. Most of the time couldn't even figure out what we wanted to eat there were so many options and all amazing. It overall was greattt experience
Stayed in the one bedroom suite at the waterfront tower- wow! I was so impressed with how nice the room was! One bedroom, two bathrooms, so many windows, a kitchen, living room and dining room. I am impressed with their updates I would stay again!

The security was very attentive. The room was okay, it needed some attention to detail such as treads, a rubber based floor or tiles in the shower. Front desk staff could use a little more customer service training in greeting customers and making them feel a little more welcome, being a little nicer goes a long way. The Cafe in the lobby is a great place to pick up something quick to eat.
Love the fact that there are accommodations available for both kids and adults at the resort. Parking available on site and the staff were pleasant. However, I did have my Stanley cup stolen but staff did try to assist me in finding my mug. - Nope I never found my Stanley 😞. Had a great time overall and many things to do off the resort as well.
My Friday and Saturday night stay at the water tower was excellent. The room was renovated a few years back and was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere . The indoor pool was really nice but it doesn’t have alot of loungers so you will need to get there by 8:30 in the morning so you can snag a lounger when they open at 9.. I got there at 9 am and was lucky to grab two of the last 4 loungers left. The pool gets crowded by 12 and they start playing very loud music by 12:30pm. Plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. They had a nice size Starbucks and other pastry places that serves Lavazza coffee. I would definitely stay there again for the value it offers.
The place is beautiful and big. Clean friendly staff. I will be back. My only problem I booked a room for four people which we all had to pay.
Only two people can get in the pool free the second two people have to pay.
Children can't get into the bigger pool until 1:00 to 5:00. The second 2 people also have to pay.
Pool should be free for guess that's already paid that's why people book with certain hotels.
For a first time visitor, it wasn't too bad. The resort was clean, spacious with lots to do, and staff was friendly. However, there is no food service late at night, which was slightly disappointing after coming back from a concert, and not knowing where else to go in the area. The price wasn't terrible for a 1 night stay that we booked through Expedia, but there was no mention of an additional $150 holding fee to be paid at the front lobby. We only knew of the $39.94 mandatory fee.
Other than that, most likely to revisit again when we decide to have a longer stay.

It is quite apparent that Harrah's has been purchased. The hotel - at least the Laguna Tower - is dated; the elevators have broken buttons; the carpets are dated; the glass in the parking garage door is shattered (level 3); we had issues with Wifi; one of our party had a ripped / dirty bed sheet; of the 3 rooms that we booked for 4 nights only 1 was ever visited by housekeeping.
During check-in, with over 30 people in line, there were only 2 staff working the regular check-in desk.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable; the bathrooms are clean and well appointed;
My first time in Atlantic City experience was amazing . Very clean hotel always busy pool was crowded but still enjoyed . I just feel more tv options should be available.
Wasn't explained that we needed a credit card for the hold deposit. Had to get off the check in line and go deposit money on the card. I didnt get a hold of the gentlemans name but he was rude about it. When we checked into he second time the young man was really nice. Spa was incredible. Our phone for the room wasnt hooked up. The only thing I didn't like bc of my allergies was the fact that smoking was aloud in the gambling parts. All the drinks were great food was fantastic. Chwf ramsey steakhouse will be a repeat!!!
The casino was full of young children. They have a big swimming pool. It felt more like The Great Wolf Lodge than a casino. Kids crying in the restaurants. Just didn’t feel like an adult atmosphere. We went back to our non smoking room and it reeked or weed. The staff was wonderful and moved us to a much better smelling room. Staff was great but the atmosphere for adults not so good.
