「If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. 」

「I tried adding a room at the front desk and was told it would be $489 but checked online and booked it for under $300. Found a roach on my room door, the sink in our room didn’t drain. The shower water and bathtub floors feel slimy. The pool says it’s heated but it’s freezingggg. 」

「The area of the hotel was very sketchy. The hotel is going through a giant remodel so all the outside doors were not locked and anyone could get in. The room was clean and I am glad it didn't smell bad in the room like it did outside. I really don't know how this hotel had such great ratings. Maybe it will be better once all the rooms are fixed up.」
