「I woke up to find a furry ball in my room. I asked the desk clerk to go look and ha came back with a hair piece. Why would there be a hair piece in my room if it had been cleaned? Also, there were spiders in the bathroom. I will never stay at another Super 8!」

「Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.」
