「Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

「The hotel was nice. The first room they gave me was still being cleaned by housekeepers So I got a different room. Otherwise it was nice.」

「The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!」

「I was initially given a terrible room. The door was in the elevator lobby! The room was small, dark, and had a bit of a smell. I went back to the front desk and said it was unacceptable. The lady at the desk said it might be difficult to move me, because they were full, but she looked at it for quite a while and was finally able to change me to a normal room. I very much appreciated her efforts. That room was much better, but truly, this hotel needs some work. It gives an old, worn impression...

「Clean place, close to a ton of stuff to do. Nice rooms.」

「Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.」

「This was a pretty standard hotel. The bathroom had been remodeled but appeared to be unfinished. There were refillable dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast was pretty standard. There was a waffle machine, biscuits, sausage and gravy and numerous breads. No fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and juice. OK for one night while traveling」

「I wanna start this review off by saying that the staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms twice. Both of the initial rooms that we were given on the first floor smelled like urine and pet odors. Those were in building C. The room that we were given in building A was tolerable but not pleasant. There was no hot water to take a shower at 8 AM. I tried everything letting it run for about 10 min. Then I decided to step in and just wash the important parts...

「Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!」

「Everything was really clean, the breakfast was better than the normal continental breakfast. And the staff was very friendly.」
