This place was okay. The room was pretty clean, but had a horrible smell. We were not sure if it was chemical, or mildew from the AC. The pool is out of service. The room was very quiet and the cable TV worked. Breakfast was pretty standard and good, waffles cereal, yogurt, plenty of drink options. They required a deposit upon staying, which seemed quite high for the quality of the room.

For a cheap stay, it was not bad. However, the service could have been better. They charged my card for two rooms, and I still have not received a refund. Additionally, the water in the shower would not get hot.he water in the shower would not get hot.

No frills lodging, but a clean place to rest. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Outdoor pool not in service. Could be safer if side building locks would always be locked to only open with room key.

Sheets had not been changed. You could see crumbs and hair on the sheets as well as the outline of the person who slept there prior. Used Kleenex on the floor and pizza sauce on the desk. Some left a shirt on the floor as well. Front desk refunded out $150 security deposit immediately. Waiting for the property manager to refund our room rate.

It’s unreal that you would charge $150 deposit. Previous stays didn’t indicate that. I was not cash payor. If you’re going to Institute a new policy like that you should allow people to cancel their reservation and return their money on site as they gave you. having to wait until the next morning for management to come back after you ignored several phone calls, and refused service not respectable. If you want to charge a fee, then stand on it and answer the phone when you’re called on it. Don’t hide and keep money. This is very shady. Will notify all current and future guests.

Customer service was bad. I called the front desk 3 times and got no answer. I had to walk to to desk and the lady was watching tv. Place has a pool but this was closed and weeds were growing everywhere. Not a seasonal closure in my opinion

The staff are excellent at the desk. Nice in the room…I was very surprised at how poorly kept it was. The blinds were broken, light bulbs missing, copious amounts of literal trash under the bed, as well as stains on the sheets. I can say with absolute certainty I’ll NEVER book a room there again. And honestly might just over look Baymont by Wyndham all together. It’s not the first one I’ve been mortified by, unfortunately.
