This hotel was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the photos!
When I checked in for two nights, I was given a key to a room when we went in the sheets were filthy and the tub didn’t drain and there were stains everywhere. I went to the desk to ask for a different room, the lady said “is it the room or just the sheets?” I told her the whole room was gross. She gave me a room two rooms down. The sheets were stained with urine and there was dirt on the floor. Went back to the front a gentleman helped and gave us another room which was slightly better. It was the middle of the night so I couldn’t drag my kids around one more place in an unfamiliar city. Next morning, I ask to check out instead of utilizing my next night. They said ok and checked me out. Asked for a receipt and they sent me something through expedia saying “thanks for your stay” they told me that there would be no penalty for cancelling and I had to contact expedia and they would approve my refund through them. They refuse to answer the phone and now expedia won’t refund me even though I didn’t stay. This is a HORRIBLE policy and I will be taking further action. Hotel is absolutely disgusting!
