「All good」

「Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.」

「Excellent service, beautiful hotel, and conveniently located.」

「Access to the hotel is by a busy intersection, so was difficult to access from the direction we came from. The hotel wasn't very busy, so plenty of car park spaces. Got a ground floor room, which was like a traditional motor inn / motel room with moulded bath / shower cubicle and very little clothes hanging space. No memorable features to the room. Didn't matter for one night, but not great for longer stays. Was on a room only basis, but a gas station was opposite for early morning coffee, and...

「Best hotel in Flagstaff. Very great bar and amazing staff with fantastic pizza! Fire pits all around outside definitely take advantage, pool table as well. Highly recommend! Looks old from outside but that’s because it is, but fully renovated and rooms are nice and clean with big showers too. Pool is awesome in the summer and spa is great all year hot tub also」

「Ok」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the sunset two king room and it was perfect for two couples. The only little disappointing part was the sunset hot tub jets weren't working the greatest, but we still had a great time.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
