But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. While we appreciated the pool, spa, yoga studio and gym, the necessary renovations in the pool side area meant it was noisy. Maintaining the property is important; we picked the wrong week. The surrounding shops and restaurants were convenient. The hiking was wonderful.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, there was no internet in our room (building P) so I had to use my data plan for work while staying in our room. I think room wi-fi has to be paid for. The highlight for us were the sports courts which were all in pristine condition. The only downside is that they all open so late (8AM) and close so early (9PM). We definitely plan on coming back to this place in the future.

The resort location is fantastic within walking distance to Talaquepaque and Uptown Sedona. The resort lobby, pool, sports area and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are in desperate need of updating to align with the overall feel of the rest of the resort. Also, the rooms are not cleaned during you stay unless specifically requested. The staff members were friendly.

The resort itself is fantastic, great amenities (pools, mini putt, pickle ball, tennis (didn’t play), grounds and staff were prompt and courteous. Also, proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants and hiking trails (10-30 min) cannot be overstated. Suites were functional, but rather dated. Also, A/C wasn't working as a heat wave hit but staff quickly resolved the issue. My family and I would absolutely stay there again! A great time had by all.

Fantastic location but the hotel itself is VERY dated. The main pool was under construction, which is good I guess but they list having a pool bar. Awesome. Go there and the pool is open, not enough shade area for me, and the bar is closed. In fact, it's where they're housing all the extra tile, paint, ladders, etc. Can't access the lobby from there because of the construction. So, a tad disappointed. The room was clean but looked like my freshman dorm. It's that dated. But staff was nice, room clean, and great location. If they give all the buildings a fresh coat of paint, fix the cracked and broken stairs leading to the floors, give the rooms an updated coat of paint, new bedding, it'd be great. We did LOVE the Pickleball court! Played 3 times!
The hotel is conveniently located.
The surrounding area leaves you breathless and in awe.

Nice to have 2 separate rooms and a kitchen for our family. We didn’t find the chairs or couch in the family room to be very comfortable, but having the space was nice.

The overall property was amazing, I felt safe there almost a small community vibe. We were welcomed with friendly staff. My main complaint was the pool/hot tub area. The opening of the pool/hot tub went from opening monday to wednesday to "hopefully" friday, which we never did get to utilize it due to it not being open so that wasn't exciting. There was another pool to utilize while the other one was under construction BUT I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub which when making my reservation there was no mention of the pool/hot tub being under construction. My next negative was the mani/pedi option under the spa page options. When calling to make an apt, I was told they don't do that anymore and I could book an apt at a local spa vs at the resort. I felt my added $180 upcharge for amenities was a waste so watch out for that.

The place was exactly what I was looking for, I paid the higher price, be it was supposed to have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in functional condition, I called before I reserved and was told the pool area is under repair and be completed before we arrive, it did not, I’m very disappointed and will not reserve with Hilton again because of the deception.

The rooms are dated and need to be upgraded. The TV didn’t offer any streaming and we were limited to watching live TV. There were built in lights in the bedroom that stayed on all night. We had to figure out ways to cover these nightlights - kind of frustrating. I also don’t like resort fees - make that part of the rate. I thought I had pre-paid for my room but had to pay an additional $137 when I got there. I didn’t use any of the amenities.
