「Wonderful stay! Great location and amenities. Our unit was slightly outdated (we were on Summit side) but it was incredibly clean and spacious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again! 」

「Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「For the price, it wasn’t worth it. My window view was an A/C vent and the room was so so, looked nothing like the pictures. Plus $160 for what it was and the tv was from the 2000’s with basic cable. The staff was super nice but I did get double charged and still waiting on my refund. Probably won’t stay here again. 」
