「Made a last minute reservation and arrived well after check-in time. Brandyne was so responsive and helpful getting us into our lovely room. Very cozy and quiet, with a private patio and a wonderfully strong shower. Very comfortable bed. Even though we arrived well after the time for ordering the next morning's breakfast, Brandyne asked if we wanted to order breakfast anyway and even delivered it to our room! 「Stay at The Joy!!! I travelled from Mesa to escape city life for a few days and boy, was I enthralled when I arrived and saw how absolutely beautiful the property was. All of the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be as well as they were incredibly communicative. 「Accommodations are very comfortable. Location is great. It is a 2 story unit with bedrooms upstairs. Not good for wheelchair nor anyone with mobility issues. We did not have those problems and had a great time. I give this mobility issue since I am a very Senior traveler.」

We also enjoyed the swing and chairs by the creek. We also had a 90 minute couples massage and it was divine. The amenities at the spa were amazing.」

「The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed. I then had to go back to the front desk and...
