「There are some noisy on second floor at almost at 9 in the morning」

「Gorgeous view! We walked from the hotel to the scenic view road stop for Bell Rock. We did not hike the trails, but the Wildflower Inn would be perfect for anyone who wanted to hike. This area is quieter than Sedona proper, yet had wonderful restaurants close by. Coffee in the hotel room was great - even the decaf! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue is that they need more parking. We came back in the evening to find no open parking spaces, so the office told us to go ahead and use...

「I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. 「Very clean. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Outdoor patio dining was excellent. Indoor dining was average space. Room was fine but small and bathroom clean but dated」

「We had a lovely night’s stay at the Matterhorn. The property is in good repair. Our room was large and very comfortable—great bed, lovely balcony, incredible view of the pink rocks. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. The only potential issue was the continental breakfast, which was yogurt, granola bars, coffee and fruit. 「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
