"Our over all stay was good. The amenities were good. The restaurant rascal was good, is really close to grocery store and other restaurants. Basically location is really good. The pillow was too soft, me and my wife couldn’t sleep well with them. The front desk was good but nothing giving us the wow effect. The blanket seems clean but it got this little smell. It wasn’t a bad smell but is still a smell regardless. That’s why is not a 5/5 star. I would come back again and refer if my friend ask. "

"The property was excellent with views of the Sedona mountains all around. Lobby, room, and staff were all very nice. I didn’t notice when I booked that they charge $25/day for parking. The bar had a sign for Happy Hour but the only discount was $2 off an appetizer. A bucket of beer was shown on the Happy Hour sign but there was no discount from the cost of an individual beer $8 x 6 = $48. I don’t know why they call it Happy Hour?"

"We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. Location is conveniently located to trails, shopping. Just a few miles to the main downtown area. We stayed in a studio which was very spacious for our family of 4 with a nice living area. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing. Can choose from the included continental breakfast or can use that credit toward a menu item. We ordered from the menu and all our selections were outstanding. We had the continental breakfast to go one day for an early morning hike which worked out great! Lobby is very quaint with nice seating areas and games available. We only used the pool once due to our schedule. It is a nice area with plenty of chairs. Hot tub is fairly small, so limited use if the pool is busy. We did not have our dog on this trip but hotel was very dog friendly with a great fenced in park area! The room we stayed in was close to the main road so we did hear quite a bit of road noise in the morning. It was fine as we were getting up early each day, but just something to be aware of. I would expect some rooms that are further from the road may be quieter. We used the laundry facilities once. Very clean and convenient. Coin operated. Front desk had supply of quarters to make change. Overall, we loved our stay here and would stay again on our next trip! "

"Good breakfast, great location, comfortable rooms. Only quibble is the parking at the back. It was tight because of the angle and people with big cars tied up a lot of space. Bottom line is this was a quibble and I would return to this hotel either way."

"Great little Hotel in the middle of Sedona. Nice pool, and hot tub. Walkable to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store. Friendly staff and accommodating. Highly recommended! "
