「Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!」

「nice hotel, good rooms, would stay again but disliked how big this property was everything was too spread out. parking was congested and moving your luggage from your car to your room was a distance with no help available. Also main loby was removed from other buildings and staff was nice but not easily acessable during the stay becuse you needed to drive or walk a distance to acess the area.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Clean and nicely decorated room. Ample parking and great lounging/ sitting area on property. Nice little patio at back of ground floor units. Welcoming and helpful staff . Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Fresh guacamole and salsa was a nice touch !」

「The Southwest Inn at Sedona is wonderful. The facility is a bit older, but updated and super clean. The staff is amazing and take great care of their guests. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, salt room, free breakfast, balcony with table and chairs for each room. Standard stuff like fridge, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. There’s a fireplace in each room too. Doors have combination locks instead of key cards. That’s especially nice if your hands are...

「Impressed by cleanliness and upkeep of property. Heather checked us in and was always busy cleaning and taking care of things. The on- the-go breakfast was perfect (coffee, granola bars, fruit). The bed and linens were comfortable. Impressed that they used Beekman products in the bathroom. The pool, hot tub, and firepit area were well maintained as well. 100% recommend! 」
