"It’s an older property, the property is tired. I had a unit that was across from the lobby. However, all the parking places are taken during the day from people that are looking at timeshares. There’s no parking on the street, so I had to park 50 yards from the door to my unit."

"The only cool shady waterside resort in Sedona! Great spa, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great pick, no regrets!"

"It was a good sleeper place nothing special about it it's like a motel or a quick low key spot mainly for sleeping and showering and budgeting."

"Not sure how I missed that this massive resort didn't have any restaurants or bars on site. The pools didn't give a "resort" feel. On the other hand, it was very peaceful and quiet."
