「Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「One of the 2 rooms was not clean but we got comped for it. That was kind. No mini fridge to store leftovers. The BR is 3 feet from bed with no fan in the BR. The sink was outside the bathroom. It’s an old funky hotel. And it was meh. The staff all had different answers to questions or concerns. It seemed like no one was really in charge of the hotel or had a solid answer. 「Breakfast was okay—pretty generic. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice, although the heater worked the first day and not the second. A nice bonus was the free sauna and cold plunge, which we really enjoyed and thought was a great added feature. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona, so if you don’t want to rent a car, I would recommend staying downtown instead.
