「Everything was good, from staff to the nice big room. 」

「Clean property, clean room, staff always kind and welcoming. Spacious room for family of 4 (studio with 2 queen beds and pullout sofabed). No complaints. This is our typical go-to hotel when we’re staying in Flagstaff」

「The a c did not work, then they moved me to a different room, and that a c did not work very well in the door was coming off the hinges」

「This is an old hotel. The room looked quaint but the bathroom did not look clean because of the old fixtures and floor. The absolute worst thing was the front desk staff. Very unfriendly. Out of 4 guys at the front desk NOT ONE of them was nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The ONLY thing good about this place was the location.」

「Receptionist is very friendly. The elevator and room AC was broken, which make it very hard for guests. Swimming pool is not working. Room is little small. Bathroom tub edges have some black mold stain. 」

「No one wanted to use that shower.. the room was not clean. There were awful stains on the pull out couch.. just change it out! The breakfast was probably the best part bcuz they had a grill.. other than that, the front desk staff had very little to no personality. 」
