「The property is beautiful, and situated nicely within Sedona - the pools and hot tubs are nice. The rooms are quite beat up, the beds and pillows are awful, was unimpressed for being a Hilton Property. Overall it was good but not great. They also push very hard to go to their vacation club time share」

「非常好，价格便宜，房间很大，设施齐全，还有厨房各种厨具可以做饭！太棒了！」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Bell Rock Inn is great for the price. Nothing flash but all you need. The pool and hot tub are excellent after a long day hiking. Friendly staff and good location to bell rock and a few of the other good hikes」

「當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。」
