「Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room.」

「Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead.」

「We stayed 2 nights for a World Cup game, so we didn’t stay long. Basically we just slept there. The room seemed cleaned but they had an ant problem in the desk area and we found some in our bed! The staff there also does the airport pickups so there’s no 24hour front desk, which could be very frustrating.」

「I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel was. I especially liked that our room had laminate flooring not gross carpet! The mattress & pillows were on the softer side, which I prefer. We arrived on a hot day and the room was already cooled nicely. The mini fridge was also already cooled. Often times I have to adjust those when I arrive at a hotel. The continental breakfast was typical, I did not try it though. The outdoor pool also appeared very clean but I did not use. Check in was...
