we had a great time and particularly loved the decor, music and pool. we had high expectations with it being brand new and were disappointed to find a number of things broken or out of order. the signs for parking were not clear. the staff in the morning at joe merchants was super friendly! they need more staff for the morning rush, wait times were upwards of 20 minutes for a bagel and coffee. hopefully some of the kinks will be worked out soon, one they have been operating a while longer.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Food options are very limited and bed is extremely firm. Left with a lot of stiffness and didn't get a lot of sleep. I didn't think it was worth the money we spent.

Definitely was a nice quiet weekend! Needed some time to spend with my significant other and it surely didn't disappoint! Great food, great staff,nice rooms,good music and plenty of good vibes! I would definitely recommend to a friend or even a stranger! Thanks for a great weekend

We like your Lake of the Ozarks Resort's mini golf, indoor swimming complex, and bowling alley, but KC's property is cleaner and in MUCH better condition. Staff here are wonderful.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All on site personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools and there amenities were top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel/resort.

For the cost I was expecting much more, the pool area is really small I was expecting more than 3 feet of water to swim. The dinks are good didn’t try the food, and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are nice and clean but you can hear the people in the next room.

We only spent one night at the new margaritaville in KC but we instantly felt like we were on island time upon arrival. Check in was quick (room was even ready a couple of hours early), rooms are spacious and designed well for functionality, and the pool area was amazing even on a packed day. The pool bar is large however it seemed like they didn’t have enough staff for a busy day and it took a while to get served. Drinks were delish though. The hotel elevators were pretty slow but we heard from some staff members that it was the busiest day they’d had since opening. Our kids loved the arcade area with the snack window and the ninja course at the indoor pool. The restaurant, Landshark, was SO GOOD! We didn’t expect much but everything was delicious for dinner. We also had breakfast at Landshark and it was good but not as good as dinner. The lobby has a coffee shop with any snack you could want, plus there is a gift shop with all things margaritaville and prices didn’t seem over the top. Overall we loved the hotel and wished we could have spent more time. Definitely a place we plan to return.

Great service, your boy Issahia was a very good server at pool, Izy have great skills on bar and Lucas in dining bar whit a great talk. Beds 10/10 Housekeeping 10/10 Outside Pool 10/10 Thanks to the staff and all the facilities. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend.

They took $2000.00 out of my account to hold for a 2 night stay. Make sure they give you a receipt IN HAND and read over it. Make sure you get a receipt for everything you purchase, they will try to double charge you and add it to your room. BEWARE. I still have not received my receipt threw my email.

The hotel is so new that you can smell the paint. I didn’t like that I could hear the whole conversation and tv in the room next to me. They weren’t being loud or rough housing. Just the walls were really thin to where you can hear damn near everything. The one thing I dislike the most of any resorts, be prepared to pay an extra 100-200 because they do have a bunch of hidden fees or unknown extra you have to pay. I didn’t like that because they have a valet section you have to park along the side of the road for the free parking. I didn’t like that typically when you check in you park your car under the shade and entrance of the hotel and do you check in and then park your car. We were asked to move forward into the sun basically given the valet crew the whole section for those who pays for valet. (Which my case I was the only one at the time of checking in). For the price you pay and the extra stuff you pay. You would expect so much more but not here and today’s economy I suppose. Staff are friendly.
