Didn't know we had to go to the hotel next door to check in. Luckily a guy outside the extended stay unit told us. The first room we were given was not clean or ready. Sam apologized and was very helpful getting us a different room. The rooms themselves had lots of appliances, which were a plus. The light switch outside the bathroom was something to get used to but this is a place we would stay at again,

The room was very nice. I had a problem and had to go Nextdoor and get a new key card every time I went back to my room. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for everything. Super clean and comfortable.

I would recommend that a notice is put on the doors of the Extended Stay to go to the Park Inn to check in as there is no indication on the building AT ALL, just says go to the Lobby. This makes it difficult to know where to go. Although receiving the email is helpful, just not conducive for great business if you just arrive on the property and have no idea where to go.

Be aware you will receive an email from the property with a link to pre register, and you must visit the neighboring hotel for check in. No breakfast provided at this property, but room was clean and beds were comfy. For the price, it met expectations very well.

First off, when I got to the extended stay, I walked in looking for the service desk and walked all the way down the hallway out the other door, no office. Then this other customer said are you looking for the office I stated yes and he said it’s way over there in the other building there was no sign posted to send me there if not for the other customer I’d still be looking, went to the other building got my key went back to my room it was clean but the TV did not work, I called the front desk and she tried to walk me through how to fix it but it still didn’t work so she came over a half hour later to fix it, I do feel the hotel was over priced for what was included.

No desk at the facility. Hotel smelled like vape. And kids running. Had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come in from smoking out back. Expedia tried to call to cancel 6 reservation. But they wouldn't answer the phone. Maybe that was on purpose. The manager knew the rules because 3 asked her.

Room was dirty. Pillows were flat and worn out. Flight of stairs to an accessible room. 1 towel for 2 people. Internet was spotty. I guess a bargain isn’t the way to go
