"Beautiful hotel! The room was lovely, the hotel staff were very helpful, and there were many amenities (snack bar, drinks machine, many laundry machines available). The train station was just a few minutes away and about 15-20 minute walk to Kyoto Station. The area was calm and quiet at night. Also just a few minutes walk away from a convenience store. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely stay here again."

"Location was good for ease of getting everywhere. The room was small but ok. TV lacked being smart to watch YouTube or cast to. Shower was ok, except on full power in the wet room would swivel to the wall and had to be held."

"Very clean and well located. Just around the corner from train station with good eateries nearby and many sites within walking distance or a train/bus ride away. Rooms are generously sized for Japan standards (didn't feel like a closet). We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"Really nice big room. Great bathroom. Lovely views from the floor to ceiling windows. Only downside was no laundry machines in the hotel but I was helpfully directed by staff to a laundry 5 mins away which did the job. Would definitely stay again. "

"The in-room laundry was very convenient and made our stay much easier. The room itself was comfortable and a great place to rest after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff were very kind and attentive. I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, it was surprisingly good."

"The property is extremely clean, quiet and the staff was very professional. The hotel is conveniently located in central Kyoto with Nishiki market only a few minutes walk away."
