Great stay, room was clean, staff were friendly and the shuttle bus to hotel was helpful. In a great walking location to spots like Yasaka shrine, Gion, Yasaka Pagoda and more.

Check in process is over complicated and takes a lot of time - have to go to central resi office and then wait to be shuttled to hotel, not worth the inconvenience and time. Cleanliness - noticeable smell in entrance foyer. Room not much better very dirty bathroom, hair everywhere, cleaning spray left on the walls not wiped off. Location - gion is close to a number of attractions but you can hardly walk down the street there are so many tourists. Very hard to find a dinner spot and everything is super expensive compared to other parts of the city and Japan in general. Not particularly convenient for metro. This experience was not helped by a fire alarm going off at 6:30am with guests standing on the street, allegedly due to shower steam…

Longest stay of our trip. Room are self managed- they have a small kitchenette- good mattress but also modes in the bathroom for drying clothes and etc Washing machine not the best. The detergent is not strong enough and tumble dry same. I would recommend go to the 24/ laundromat down the road- 15 mins away

The location was excellent. The room was clean and a good size for Japan. The bed was hard. The check in for the hotel was elsewhere close to Kyoto station I wasn’t not a fan.

Très bel hôtel appartement bien situé très joli sur le thème hello kitty Sécurité clé numérique très ingénieuse. Dans le quartier de Gion. Une navette jusqu'à l'hôtel prévue après le checkin dans un bureau près de la gare bien indiqué c'est vraiment un avantage Le prix était très intéressant. Un magnifique cadeau à l'arrivée je suis très touchée merci beaucoup. Très réceptif aux mails à la moindre question

Die Lage war super, die Räume sind schön eingerichtet und es gibt eine kleine Kochecke mit Utensilien zum Kochen. Ein Kritikpunkt ist das Bad, hier fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten und eine Steckdose. Außerdem floss das Wasser im Waschbecken schlecht ab, uns wurde versichert das wäre in allen Zimmern so. Insgesamt fanden wir das Zimmer aber gut.
