BOTH OF US WERE CONFUSED AND THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE DESK WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CALL A SERVICE AND HAD IT ARRANGED FOR US THE NEXT MORNING TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. I COULDN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH」

「Loved the design of the hotel」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it only had sausage and no bacon. I don't care for sausage. 「酒店入住时发现基本都有灰，浴盆里还有水，床上孩子发现有头发。反应后有及时给到早餐券补偿。前台服务人员比较友善。」

「The hotel was very clean and within walking distance of Beale Street; the parking was convenient.」

「The room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing negative is the carpet in the elevator is old and smelly. Turn down service is a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again.」
