「The room was nice. The staff at the front desk were the rudest individuals I have had to check in and out with. During checkout the clerk was more worried about what she was doing good on her phone the helping customers. The guy at check in was rude and looked like he was woken up when we tried to check in. Both during check in and check out I had to ask if there was anyone else there. Other than the front desk clerks it was a good experience .」

「If I could give this property 10 stars I would! From the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the room itself my stay was amazing. My room was much bigger then I had anticipated and they even provided robes! I didn't really require the use of the hotel amenities during my stay but from what I observed they were quite nice. If I had any suggestions it would be to disclose that the garage parking is not free to guests, and the lighting out on the Poet's Patio towards the end could be improved. I...

Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.」

「Partially my fault for not thoroughly reading the complete description. That being said, I selected a suite with a balcony. I was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, tables or comfortable chairs. The hotel is pet friendly with a $50 surcharge. I did not expect that.」
