「We made a reservation, however they didn't actually have the room when we arrived, and the only staff we made contact with was the incredibly bored then rude and combative greeter.」

「No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me. 」

「It’s going through renovations. also walls thin and can hear people above you as well. Refrigerator “knocked” all the time as well. For the money it’s a place to stay but if you need quiet and appliances not keeping you up then it’s not the place for you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Nicest people ever!!!」

「Marriott Hotels have always been my first choice for travel because of their excellent service and clean rooms. However, during this stay, there were two days when workers were hanging outside my window, talking and working. On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools. I was very tired and needed rest, so I declined the front desk’s suggestion to change rooms “after 8:00 a.m.” I completely understand that hotel maintenance is necessary, but if guests...

「The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. 」
